Relaxed pool area, view to the ocean from the balcony, lots of shopping and food opportunities nearby, sand beach is amazing (and more spacious that at other places at that beach), room gets cleaned every day with fill up of water etc., Very friendly staff

The pool bar was really loud. But it's over at 11pm. I personally wasn't too bothered by it but I can totally understand why lots of people would be angry about this. The sort of Electro-Beat-pop music isn't everyone's taste as well. Also there seemed to be only one working electrical outlet in the room. The usual worn down things in those hotels.

located beautiful on the beach. nice beach. big nice pool area, and the the restaurant is on the beach. friendly staff.

the hotel beach bar is playing really loud music until 23 every day we were there. it’s so load in the rooms that if you have small kids they will have trouble sleeping and as adults it was really annoying, especially if you want peace and quiet evenings. this part of koh Chang is quite noisy as you have the beach bars on one side and the main road o the other side. the good thing is the beach bar turn of music exactly 23 pm.

Great romantic getaway.

We had a villa on the beach (A2) which was brilliant! Right on the beach, perfect to watch the sunset and listen to the great tunes from Himmel bar. Room was large and, though not modern, very comfortable. We had a problem with no hot water which was fixed within a couple of hours so the service was exemplary.

Great location on the beach. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Till 23.00 pm. quite noisy due to nearby Bar Music. Breakfast offer a bit poor for Western Tourists.

Wonderful

Good location (Nice restaurants nearby) , great pool and beach. I also liked they own restaurant, beach bar, the staff and the general vibes.

It didn't bother me, but beach bar was next to mine beach bungalow and there was DJ 'till 11pm. So if you don't like beach bars and dance music, don't book beach bungalow.

The villa was big and spacious in frond of the sea. Air condition and fridge good and working. The pool was big and clean. Central location to the village, everything is in front of you (super market, pharmacies, exchange, bank etc)

Cockroaches (big) in the toilet (2 days in a row). Extremely loud music from the himmel bar. Although the offered to move us in an other room the situation is extremely loud. A lot of garbages in front of the villa that nobody cares to collect them.

Very Good

Lovely hotel right on the beach, seawiew from the rooms, kidsfriendly pool with bubbles and a slide and a friendly cleaningstaff who made different animals out of our towels everyday. We had breakfast included and could choose between a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The beach is beautiful with clear shallow water and rooms spacious with verandas outside. Our kids loved eveything about it.

The restaurant is quite pricy why we went to dine elsewhere, but there are several other cheaper options along the beach and in town. The manager warned us about noise from the bar in the evening but really, it wasn't more than a distant bass until 11 pm - not a problem to neither us nor our kids

Läget vid stranden var bra. Även läget i White Sand Beach med nära till allt.

Awsome location at white sand beach. Big rooms . Nice access to the beach and good resturants.

Bugs bites in the room . We bought bugs killer just to sleep at night . I think the hotel must put a bug killer in every room .

Nice beach

We booked a bungalow-room, which turned out to be a room in a 2 storey apartment building. When complaining, the women in the reception told us that the room we got had an interior similar to a bungalow and therefore was termed a bungalow-room – if we wanted to stay in a bungalow, we had to upgrade (pay extra). Breakfast was very simple

What was the highlight of Koh Chang Lagoon Princess

On White Sand Beach it's quite nice hotel. Located directly on the beach (10 meters to the water), 1 minute to massage, 1 minute to small shops, 1 minute to money exchange). Plus, price is very reasonable, it's neighbors more expensive. Pool is good, 10 seconds from the room. I'd tried several massage saloons and found out that Lagoon Thai massage has the very good staff. All ladies are professionals and do excellent Thai massage. Highly recommend.

Hotel was a host to many local events with karaoke and so on. Event were organized directly on the beach. Sometimes noise from parties until 11 pm. In the morning (7am) same groups of people under your balcony talking, taking selfies and making noise.

The pool is the best place to relax and watch the sun set over the water

The resort manager is AWESOME! He planned and organised my Mom's 70th birthday party and nothing was a problem for him and his team. Simply awesome!

Close to the beach. ( but if u can rent a scooter, location doesn’t really matter)

Staff. No sense of hospitality. Receptionist woman gave me different room from the one I booked.. the smaller room with tile floor..The room doesn’t even has space for an extra chair.. just bed and wardrobe.. the one I booked was larger with wooden floor coz’ I don’t like tile floor. When I complained it, the receptionist woman frustrated and explained agreesively she gave a better room. Then, I asked just to show me the room I booked. She kept agreesively responsed me the room she gave was more expensive.. I just don’t like the room, not interested whatever the price is. Finally, I got a chance to see the room I booked and it’s better, larger, more confortable .. so, I moved to it. I don’t mind she gave me a different room.. (actually it shouldn’t happen) but the way she responded customer was very upsetting and rude. I was not even asking any extra services.. just want the room I booked..

Bathroom needs a makeover as vanity rotting. Mould around bath. I bought cleaner to clean myself but been there so long did not improve.
